Use the To-do settings page to manage how and when you receive notifications about your tasks in Contractpedia. These settings apply only to your user account.

Email summary: You can choose to receive a summary email listing all unfinished to-dos of your company (those marked as “Not started” or “In progress”). You can enable or disable this feature by ticking the Email summary checkbox.
Summary frequency: Select how often you want to receive the summary email:
- Daily – Receive the summary every day. You can choose which days of the week you want to receive it.
- Weekly – Choose specific days of the week to receive the summary.
- Monthly – Choose to receive it either on the First day or Last day of each month.
Email notifications for new to-dos: Turn this option on to receive an email notification whenever a new to-do is assigned to you.
To-do categories: There are four default to-do categories in Contractpedia:
- Expiring contracts
- Missing contracts
- Renegotiate contracts
- Review contracts
These default categories cannot be modified or deleted. To create a new to-do category, click the + button. To delete a custom to-do category, click the Delete icon next to it.
When you’re finished adjusting your settings or categories, click Save to apply the changes.
