If you have created an asset and want to create another one with very similar or even the same details, there is a fast and easy way to do so, using the Copy button. Here is how to copy (duplicate) an asset:
1. Go to the asset that you wish to copy (duplicate).
2. Click on the Copy button at the top right of the screen.
3. Your new asset is now saved.
The new contract will be identical with the original one, just the Serial name will be different, you will notice that the word “Copy” is added. If you wish to change the Serial number of the new contract or edit any other details, click on the Edit button , make your changes and Save the asset.
