Use the To-do settings page to manage how and when you receive notifications about your tasks in Contractpedia. These settings apply only to your user account.

Email summary: You can choose to receive an email summarizing all unfinished to-dos in your company—those marked as Not started or In progress.
Enable or disable this feature by ticking the Email summary checkbox.
Summary frequency: Decide how often you’d like to receive the summary email:
- Daily – Receive the summary every day. You can select specific days of the week.
- Weekly – Choose the days of the week to receive the summary.
- Monthly – Choose to receive it either on the first or last day of each month.
Email notifications for new to-dos: Enable this option to receive an email notification whenever a new to-do is assigned to you.
To-do categories: Contractpedia comes with four default to-do categories:
- Expiring contracts
- Missing contracts
- Renegotiate contracts
- Review contracts
These default categories cannot be modified or deleted.
To add a new custom to-do category, click the + button. To delete a custom to-do category, click the Delete icon next to it.
When you’re done adjusting your settings or categories, click Save to apply your changes.
