Go to the Burger menu and click on To-do settings. Here you can manage your email preferences and To-do categories. Location users don't have access to managing To-do categories.
|Summary||You can receive a summary email of all unfinished to-dos (with status "Not started" and "In progress") of your company. You can turn it on or off.|
|Frequency||Choose how often you want to receive the summary email: Daily, Weekly or Monthly. If you choose Daily, you will receive the email summary every day. If you choose Weekly, you can specify the days when you should receive it. If you choose Monthly, you can select First day of the month or Last day of the month.|
|Email notifications||Turn this on if you wish to receive an email notification each time a to-do is assigned to you.|
|To-do categories||There are four default To-do categories that cannot be modified or deleted: Expiring contracts, Missing contracts, Renegotiate contracts and Review contracts. You can add new categories with the + button and remove them with –.|
