To create a new to-do:
- Select To-Dos from the Navigation menu and then click on + NEW TO-DO found on the top right.
- Fill-in the details for the to-do. If somewhere you are unsure of what to fill-in click on the information symbol and a help line for the particular field will pop-up.
- Go to the bottom and click SAVE. Once the to-do is saved to Contractpedia you can find it by going to To-Dos from the Navigation menu.
Here is a screenshot with a thorough explanation below of each line:
|Comments||You can add comments about this to-do.|
|To-do name *||The name of the to-do.|
|Assigned to *||The person who is responsible to take action about this to-do.|
|Location *||The Location that this to-do belongs to. For example, if you link a contract to the to-do or assign the to-do to a Location user, here you also need to specify a Location. If the to-do will be assigned to a Company level user and it will not be linked to a contract, you can leave this field blank.|
|Status *||You can choose from "Not started", "In progress" and "Finished".|
|Priority *||Here you should select "High", "Medium" or "Low".|
|Due date||The date by which action should be taken about this to-do.|
|Category *||There are four default to-do categories. Select a relevant one from the list or create a new to-do category.|
|Linked contract||Optionally, you can link a contract to this to-do. The companies that the contract is made with will then be shown as "Linked companies" on the To-do list and To-do details.|
