When you click To-dos, you can see an overview of your unfinished to-dos as well as a list.
Each box of the overview of your unfinished to-dos (with status Not started and In progress) is a different category. Default categories are always shown even if there are 0 unfinished to-dos. Your custom categories will only be shown if there is at least 1 unfinished to-do.
Each box presents:
- The total number of unfinished to-dos in the category
- The number of to-dos with status Not started and In progress
- The number of to-dos with priority High, Medium and Low.
All numbers are links and clicking on them will filter out the To-do list below where you can see more details and take action about the to-dos. For example, you can change their status, by choosing from Not started, In progress and Finished.
You also have different filters to help you work with data. Click More filters to see an expanded set of filters. You can find all to-dos that you need to complete until the end of the month. Or you can see to-dos linked to a specific Company.
You can also sort the list, by clicking on the Column header.
