A user is each individual person who has an account on Contractpedia. Each person needs to have their own account. There are four types of users:
Company user |
Company users have access to all Contractpedia data of the Company, such as contracts, companies, to-dos, etc.
Location user |
Location users only have access to one or multiple locations. One a user is created either as a Company user or a Location user, this cannot be changed later. However, you can change what Locations a Location user is assigned to. Learn more about Locations
Company account owner |
At least one Company user is also a Company account owner. They are responsible to approve new users, enter billing details, pay for subscriptions etc. On the User list there is a column Company account owner where you can see all users who are assigned this privilege. This can also be seen on the User page:
External advisor |
The Company account owner can give free access to external advisers, such as accountants, lawyers and business consultants. They have access to all Company data. Learn more about External advisors
