- Go to the specific record where you want to add an alert - a company, contract, asset or person, and click "Details".
- Scroll down and click Alerts and then "Add Alert".
- Fill in the details for the new alert and save it.
Email notifications frequency
There are three types of frequencies of the email notifications.
- Daily: Email notification(s) will be sent daily from the start date to the end date. If you only want to receive an email notification once, select "Daily" and then choose the same start and end date.
- Weekly: Email notification(s) will be sent weekly on chosen days from the start date to the end date.
- Monthly: Email notification(s) will be sent monthly either on the first or the last day of the month from the start date to the end date.
