You can generate an export file for your records in Contractpedia. In addition to exporting the Dashboard (about this go to the article Filter and export the Dashboard), you can also export to Excel Companies, Contracts, Assets, People and To-dos. The exports are Excel (.xlsx) files.
To export the following:
- Companies
- Contracts
- Assets
- People
- To-dos
1. Go to the page that you wish to export data from, for example Contracts.
2. Click the Export (Download) button 
at the top right of the screen.
