Press the Burger Menu and click on "Locations". Here you can manage the Locations in your organization. For example if you have Head Office and several offices in different places you can add each of them as individual locations. This will help you have a better financial overview of the contracts, obligations as well as income and expenses.
- Add a new Location
To add a new Location click New location. Then fill-in Location details and save it. Alternatively, when you are creating a contract, asset or person you can add a new location directly there.
- Delete or Edit a Location
To do that you need to go to the Details of the particular location from the list of locations. Then either click Delete or Edit. Please note that you cannot delete a location if any records are associated with it, such as contracts, assets and people.
