You can get help from external advisors to manage your contracts and optimise business processes. Company account owners can control External advisor access.
If you are a Company account owner, here is how to give access to an External advisor. There are two options:
Add an existing advisor
This means that you can give access to an existing external advisor user.
1. Log in to Contractpedia.
2. Click on the Burger menu icon at the top right of the screen and choose Account administration.
3. Click on External advisors.
4. Click on the Add an existing advisor button
5. Enter the advisor's username (their email address) in the field and click Save.
The Company account owners can always Unassign an external advisor and this way control who has access to their data in Contractpedia.
Request advisor access
This means that you can request that a new external advisor (who is not a Contractpedia user yet) gains access to your data.
1. Log In to Contractpedia.
2. Click the Burger menu icon at the top right of the screen and choose Account administration.
3. Click on External advisors.
4. Click on the Request new external advisor accessbutton
5. Enter the new advisor's details in the fields and click Save.
6. The request will be reviewed by The Contractpedia Team. If it is approved you will receive a confirmation email and the external advisor will receive a welcome email. If the request is not approved, you will also receive an email.
The Company account owners can always Unassign an external advisor and this way control who has access to their data in Contractpedia.
