New scheduled export
To create a new scheduled export:
1. On the Dashboard specify the period that the report should cover - Date from and Date to.
2. Then, click on the Scheduled exports button 
3. Next, follow the steps below.
Report name*: The name of the scheduled export (report).
Location: The Location connected to this report. Click 
to create a new location.
Email recipients*: Enter the email address(es) of the person(s) who will receive the report on the email. The report will include an attached Excel file of the Dashboard export and the basic details that are entered on this page. After you type in an email address, hit Enter or Spacebar. You should enter at least one email address here. It is not required for the email recipients to be Contractpedia users.
Notifications frequency*: Choose how often the scheduled export will be sent to the email recipients. If you choose Weekly, you can specify on which days during the week it will be sent. If you choose Monthly, you can specify if it should be sent on the first or the last day of each month.
Report period - From*: The start date of the period that the exported file should cover. For example, if you wish to create a scheduled export for your data in Q1, choose here 01 January and in the next field, choose 31 March. This field may have already been filled in, based on your selection on the Dashboard.
Report period - To*: The end date of the period that the exported file should cover. This field may have already been filled in, based on your selection on the Dashboard.
Start date of sending*: The start date of receiving the report. If you want to receive it only once, choose the same Start date and End date.
End date of sending*: The end date of receiving the report on the email.
Send monthly on the: If you choose Monthly in the previous field, here you can select if the export should be sent on the First day of the month or the Last day of the month.
Day(s) selection: If you select Notification frequency: Weekly, here you can select which days exactly the scheduled export should be sent on. For example, you may wish to receive an export every Monday.
Comments: You can add comments here.
